Processing & Shipping Times

We handle and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

During holidays, special launches, and high-volume seasons, orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day. Please allow additional time for carrier delays during peak holiday periods.

Please double-check that you entered all shipping information correctly at checkout. Customers who provide incorrect addresses after an order has shipped are responsible for any resulting delays or lost packages, as 13th & Norman will not assume liability.
